A Chicago police officer will be arraigned later this month on charges of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated discharge of a firearm, disorderly conduct for false reports of an offense, and obstruction of justice stemming from an incident last October, according to officials and an indictment obtained by CNN affiliate WBBM.
